the ole opel speedster... i remember the first time i saw one of these things. i admired it for a little bit then moved on. later on in the month i saw another one, but it was a DAEWOO SPEEDSTER and was about 25k less(everything about the two cars was the same other than the badges) come to find out GM owns both companies

The original was the Opel, Vauxhall is the british name for the opel and Daewoo, the low budget koreean car They look alike, but the quality of the materials and engine displacement is different.

hmm really? i didnt pay much attention to it so you are probably right. they are both turbo 4 cyl right?

Nope. The Daewoo doesn't come with the Turbo Engine, Vauxhall and Opel, do.

ok that i feel pretty certain about seeing. damnit i wished i had pictures. i know opel speedster i saw was a turbo car, but i cant remember for the life of me if the daewoo was. i just assumed , now i have no proof
