definitely nowhere near 160psi...if the timing belt were off it could cause odd results across the board like that.
was a compression test ever done on this engine? it's the first thing I would do before/after buying one personally so I wouldn't waste my time/money on a bum one.

leak test came out good
i tested all cyl's twice just to make sure
#1--40%
#2--30%
#3--32%
#4--33%
so im going over to andrews and make sure the timing is dead on
if that doesn't fix it then i guess the radiator is bad and not cooling enough
im super happy that it came out good

You mean it would not account for the low compression.
Something is wrong with the car besides the radiator if you're getting compression readings in the 120 range and it's supposed to be around 160.
