I knew there had to be something "wrong" with your car.. A stock 240 only running 17s is very odd.. Plenty of stock ones have ran 15s easy..

sounds like the tune up is doing wonders for it...probably need to change everything else too
plugs/wires/filters/belts etc...

OK well i didn't get to go mmp last night cause my car started acting up about 7:30pm any ways i did a full tune up that didn't help at all
well this morning i went and talked to Matt at advance auto to ask him if he could test my coil to see if it was week they can't but talking to him he told me to check the fuel-injectors
so when i got home i tested the continuity of the injectors and #2 was dead
i went to the junkyard and got a fuel rail off a 93 with 104xxx miles
swap them out and the car is back running great
but it sucks that i didn't get to go to the track and get a definite time for my car
to day I'm going to go to a spot near my house and see what my trap speed is and with that i can estimate my e.t with the help of my engine dyno software i have on my computer it wont be a hard time be it will let me know about where it is

well i have done the research and the rb25 is only about 5-6 hundred more for the swap and the 25 with the right mods can put out 500+
