you also have to keep in mind that a turbo car up there is going to have to spin faster to create the desired pressure which causes more heat

exactly, but its that much worse for a SC in the same respect. you try to compensate for a boost drop on a SC with a smaller pulley and you just create more heat so although you compensated for the pressure drop, you make less power per lb because of the extra heat. its tough to make power up here. gotta give the people props who manage to do it.

I don't know what's worse, the altitude or the humidity...both suck. Here in Memphis the altitude is good but it's awfully humid sometimes.

yeah but its strange. im not smart enough to know why but cars have heat problems up here a lot. its still hot in the summer up here though.

ok so you guys are going to have to help me out with this one because i do not know these cars at all... this was his reply. should this car have been that slow with this stuff supposedly done to the car?

The Vette is tuned for sea level... and my car before this for ones that want to know... was an 03 Grandprix GTP... so my first RWD car and one with over 500HP... learning curve is there... but I can always have somone else drive it

now i have video of the guy saying they were LS2 heads when he was describing the Z06 parts, so its obvious he does not know too much about these cars either, but he said LS6 now. so my question is should this car be faster? he plans to race the guy again...on video to my surprise because i thought he was going to hate me for the video. he is going to have his friend drive it this time though. since its Auto, is it really going to make any difference? or will i be doing another vette ownage video soon?

with those mods....He's over 600 to the wheels......That being said, if he's tuned for sea level he was fat as fuck...probably running 10:1 afr or worse......
