fully built zo6 TT C6 Z06 Vs Alpha 9 GTR stock engine
the race was in kingdom of saudi arabia
the c6 zo6 has a fully built with long block and twin GT35r turbos made 940whp 0n 18psi ,,
the GTR has a Alpah 9 from AMS and tuned by AMS they came here in saudi arabai week ago and tuned 5 gtr's with Alpha 9 kits this gtr made 820whp on 26psi on stock engine ,,,,,

I'm confused. The car that weighs more and has 120rwhp less, wins almost every time? Can the Z06 guy not drive? Because it didn't sound like traction was the issue.

The gtr made that power through an automatic which theoretically would be more than 940 through a manual.

It's irrelevant what he made it through. A lighter car putting 120 more rwhp to the pavement with a good driver should have won every time. With the tranny that's in those GTR's, it wouldn't pick up 120rwhp if it was moving through a manual. The drivetrain loss between its automatic vs a GM manual is not that much.
